Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Quality Motion Control 1286 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ramsey products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rasmi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Westinghouse product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ramsey such as the bn284 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 42004810 manufactured by Rasmi and we are pleased to be able to service most Rasmi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 4129D36G57 by Manufacturer Westinghouse as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Raycon Brand 201180015 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Rci such as RCI260SR1632662004N equipment made by Rci have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rci products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rci" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available EXM7 made by Radisys as well as the popular 64030400312800 original spares produced by Df-Control

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the QC1000MARNL by Quick-chek and RCI260SR1632662004N spares by Rci are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A6KRSMJ Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Radisys.
